If your Outlook is Outlook2019 or later and Office365, your Outlook mailbox can't be configured with the POP or IMAP protocols because the latest authentication isn't supported. The solution is to reconfigure your Outlook mailbox, enter your account password, and don't select pop, imap protocol.
